Q: I have written multiple
times and I get no response!!!
A: If you have requested
information from us multiple times and have not received a response. The problem
is on your end.
We do not have any spam filtering
so that we can receive ALL emails.
We respond to all enquiries
within 8hrs.
If we see multiple emails from
the same person we will respond to you from 4 different "well-known"
email providers... ie - excite, yahoo, roadrunner...
If you still have not received
a response more than likely:
- you have some sort of spam
filtering that is eating the emails.
- you are over your email quota
- you are not looking in all of
your filtering folders for our response
Solutions:
- You need to turn off
these features of your email account.
- You should provide us with
other alternative email accounts to reach you at.
